HVLock® 4.50mm Wire-To-Board Connectors

Amphenol FCI HVLock^® 4.50mm Wire-to-Board (W2B) Connectors support a 1200V working voltage with 3A current carrying capacity (all contacts powered) and 22AWG or 20AWG wire gauge. The HVLock series addresses the growing demand for automotive-grade connectors and is ideal for battery management systems (BMS), onboard charging (OBC), and microcontroller units (MCU). This single-row, 4.50mm-pitch connector system offers an active latch function, coding, connector position assurance (CPA), and primary latch reinforcement (PLR). The THT and SMT components are available in 3 to 10 positions with right-angle and horizontal configurations. Other features include a 1.60mm PCB thickness and a working temperature range of -40°C to +105°C for tin and -40°C to +125°C for gold. Amphenol FCI HVLock 4.50mm W2B connectors comply with automotive-grade certifications USCAR-2 T2V2 and LV-214 S2 (in process).
