ADPL44001 High-Voltage Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. ADPL44001 High-Voltage Linear Regulators offer an ultra-low quiescent current and are ideal for use in industrial and battery-operated systems. The ADPL44001 linear regulators operate from a 4V to 40V input voltage, deliver up to 100mA of load current, and consume only 8μA of quiescent current at no load. The devices consume only 0.9μA current when in shutdown. The output voltage is adjustable in the 0.6V to 38V voltage range. Feedback voltage accuracy is ±2% over temperature.
