MAX1044 Switched-Capacitor Voltage Converters

Analog Devices MAX1044 switched-capacitor voltage converter is a monolithic, CMOS device that inverts doubles, divides, or multiplies a positive input voltage. The converter comes in a miniature µMAX package and features 1.5V to 10.0V operating supply voltage range and 98% typical power conversion efficiency. The MAX1044CPA delivers 10mA with a 0.5V output drop. It includes a BOOST pin that increases switching frequencies. This Analog Devices converter is designed for use in a variety of applications, including -5V supply from +5V logic supply, personal communications equipment, portable phones, op-amp power supplies, and more.
