ADUM150N/151N/152N Five-Channel Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADUM150N/151N/152N Five-Channel Digital Isolators offer a maximum 13ns propagation delay and pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. The data channels are independent and available in a variety of configurations. The ADUM150N/151N/152N data channels have a guaranteed data rate of 150Mbps (max.) and 3.0kVrms withstand voltage rating. In addition, the isolators provide 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. The isolators operate on either side of a supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.V. This capability enables voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier and compatibility with lower voltage systems.

The isolators can withstand over 3kVpk injected noise without upset to ensure robust data transfer in harsh, noisy environments.
