Aptiv Sicma Inline Sealed and Unsealed Connectors are available in a variety of options for cavity count (ways), cavity configurations, and centerline spacing. The sealed version utilizes clean body SICMA/BTS terminals that are easily inserted into housing cavities. They are an ideal solution for engine compartments at the body mount, which are highly exposed to dirt and water. The unsealed version offers a reliable inline harness sectioning solution with compact male and female housings for convenient wire-to-wire mating. They come in mixed sizes of 1.5mm and 2.8mm terminals populating 24- and 36-way connectors. Aptiv Sicma Inline Sealed and Unsealed Connectors are suitable for applications such as chassis, engine compartments, harness sectioning in cockpits, dashboard, and much more.

Sicma Mini-Sealed Connectors

Aptiv Sicma Mini-Sealed Connectors are compatible with the standard interface footprints of several devices used in automobiles and commercial vehicles. These connectors provide reliable inline harness sectioning and mechanical coding. They offer a compact mat-sealed design around a 1.5mm or 2.8mm terminal. Other features include jet-spray water protection, 25G vibration rating, <80N connector mating force, and IP68/IPX9K sealing protection.
