5.0SMDJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Bourns 5.0SMDJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and ESD protection applications and come in a compact chip package DO-214AB (SMC) size format. The Bourns 5.0SMDJ-R offers a working peak reverse voltage range from 12V to 30V and a breakdown voltage up to 36.8V. Typical fast response times are <1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick-and-place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
