CMX971 RF Quadrature Modulator

CML Micro CMX971 RF Quadrature Modulator offers a wide 20MHz to 1000MHz frequency range and low power consumption. Control of the CMX971 can be by serial bus or by direct control with reduced functionality. The small, RF-optimized VQFN package and minimal external components make the device ideal for space-constrained applications.

Transmitters (TX)

CML Micro Transmitters (TX) are flexible, high-performance ICs. These CML Microcircuits Transmitters are ideal for HF/VHF/UHF professional radios, wireless data terminals, wireless microphones, and marine/avionics radio systems. These devices feature a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range and are available in surface mount 16x or 64-lead VQFN packages.
