Tusonix/CTS Electronic Components offers the HCMOS / TTL Clock Oscillator 636 in a ceramic package with reduced size and enhanced stability. The 636 Series features a standard 5.0x3.2mm surface mount footprint, frequency range of 1.0 - 125 MHz, +1.8Vdc,+2.5Vdc,+3.3Vdc or +5.0Vdc operation, ±50 ppm frequency stability (±25 ppm and ±20 ppm available), and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.The oscillators are HCMOS / TTL compatible and feature fundamental and third overtone crystals.
