Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors

Coilcraft Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors provide industry-leading Q factors with excellent current handling and DCR ratings. These wirewound inductors include an AEC0Q200, automotive-grade series (0805HQ) with the highest possible self-resonance (10.3GHz). These Highest Q inductors also include series (0805HP) with tight, 2% tolerances and an ultra-wide range of inductance values (2.6 to 820nH). Coilcraft Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors are RoHS-compliant, 260°C compatible, and feature models with COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations. Design kits are available for sampling each series in the family.

0805HP Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0805HP series Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors offer very high Q factors in an 0805 size. The components are available with 23 inductance values ranging from 2.6nH to 820nH, with 2% tolerance available for most values. The 0805HP series features a wirewound construction for self-resonance up to 9.5GHz. The 0805HP series offers significantly lower DCR (as low as 15mΩ) than the previous generation products, making it appropriate for high-current applications. The RoHS-compliant and halogen-free wire wound chip inductors range in weight from 9.5mg to 12.5mg. These Coilcraft inductors also feature RoHS-compliant, silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations and offer a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C. COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations are also available.

High Q High Current Inductors

Coilcraft High Q High Current Inductors offer high Q in three package sizes that are halogen free and RoHS and REACH compliant. The 0402HP (1005) series features higher Q and lower DCR than other 0402 inductors, self-resonant frequency (SRF) values as high as 16GHz, up to 2300mA current handling capability, and inductance values from 1nH to 220nH. The 0603HP (1608) inductors have higher Q and lower DCR than other 0603 inductors, SRF values as high as 16GHz, up to 2100mA current handling capability, and inductance values from 1.8nH to 390nH. The Coilcraft 0805HP (2012) series offers exceptional Q values, even at high frequencies, and tight tolerances with 2% for most. The 0805HP inductors also feature wirewound construction for the highest possible self-resonance (up to 9.5GHz) and have inductance values from 2.6nH to 820nH.
