Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors

Coilcraft Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors provide industry-leading Q factors with excellent current handling and DCR ratings. These wirewound inductors include an AEC0Q200, automotive-grade series (0805HQ) with the highest possible self-resonance (10.3GHz). These Highest Q inductors also include series (0805HP) with tight, 2% tolerances and an ultra-wide range of inductance values (2.6 to 820nH). Coilcraft Highest Q Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors are RoHS-compliant, 260°C compatible, and feature models with COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations. Design kits are available for sampling each series in the family.

RF Magnetics

Coilcraft RF Magnetics are a broad range of high-performance, surface-mount RF Magnetic components. These RF Magnetics include high-Q/tight-tolerance ceramic-core and high-inductance ferrite-core chip inductors as small as 0201 (0603) size; ultra-high Q, high current, non-magnetic air core inductors; bias/broadband inductors and chokes; broadband RF transformers; and RFID transponder coils. Coilcraft also offers fixed and tunable through-hole inductors. The components range in inductance from 500pH to 14.8mH with maximum DC currents from 30mA to 13.4A.

0805HQ Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0805HQ Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors offer high Q factors, excellent current handling, and low DCR. Like all Coilcraft wire wound ceramic chip inductors, the 0805HQ components provide exceptional SRFs (1.40GHz to 10.30GHz minimum range), tight inductance tolerance (2% or 5%), and batch consistency. The Coilcraft 0805HQ Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) qualified.

0805 (2012) Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0805 (2012) Chip Inductors feature high Q, high current, and low-profile options. These devices feature a wide range of inductance values, from as low as 1.8nh to as high as 330µh. Coilcraft 0805 (2012) Chip Inductors include profiles as low as 0.035" and offer ferrite construction and heavy gauge wire for high current handling.

SM Ceramic Core Inductors

Coilcraft SM Ceramic Core Inductors are available in sizes as small as 0201 (0603) and inductance values ranging from 0.5 to 33,000nH. Coilcraft ceramic-core chip inductors offer exceptionally high SRFs, high Q and tight inductance tolerances – many as tight as 1% with just a small premium.
