Comchip's CDBA Series Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are ideal for surface mount applications with a DO-214AC molded plastic package and easy pick and place use. Features include 94V-0 UL flammability classification, built-in strain relief and low forward voltage drop. These schottky barrier rectifiers are available with 1.0A, 2.0A, and 3.0A forward current ratings and in repetitive reverse voltage ratings of 20V, 40V, 60V, 80V, 100V.
