Comchip TVS / ESD suppressor diodes have characteristics of low capacitance, ultra-fast response time, and stable breakdown that give them significant application advantages over metal oxide varistors. These Comchip TVS / ESD suppressors are RoHS compliant and offer a 16KV ESD suppression at 8/20us transient rating (IEC 61000-4-2).
