Crydom M50 Diode Power Modules have single- and three-phase diode high-surge current rectifier circuits providing highly efficient thermal management, extended life, and reliable performance. The devices feature up to 1600V blocking standard and 60A to 100A. Crydom M50 Diode Power Modules are available in five circuits, all models come in an industry-standard package, provide 2500 VRMS from all terminals to the baseplate, and are UL recognized.
