AP7350 Ultralow Quiescent Current LDOs

Diodes Inc. AP7350 Ultralow Quiescent Current LDOs have high output voltage accuracy and include a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input to turn it on/off. With the integrated resistor network, fixed output voltage versions can be delivered. The AP7350 is suited for low-power handheld, wearable devices, and other battery-operated devices. The LDOs have an ultralow quiescent current and miniature package dimensions for devices requiring an extended time period until a battery replacement.
