These converters provide input undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Halo Microelectronics HL7507 3MHz 1.5A Buck Converters are offered in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm DFN-6 package and are ideal for data cards, smartphones, tablets, and handheld devices.
