IS27TH064G31/128G31/256G31 Embedded UFSs 3.1

ISSI IS27TH064G31/128G31/256G31 Embedded Universal Flash Storages (UFSs) 3.1 are mass data storage devices compliant with JEDEC specification JESD220E and AEC-Q100 reliability qualification. The host interface is capable of speeds up to HS-Gear 4 x 2-lanes, providing maximum RAW data transfer rates of approximately 1.6GB/s. The featured interfaces are MIPI M-PHY specification version v4.1, MIPI UniPro specification version v1.8, and UFS version 3.1. The IS27TH064G31/128G31/256G31 UFSs come in three types of capacity ranges, including 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. These devices feature sleep mode, boot partitions (high-speed boot), Replay Protected Memory Block (RPMB), and permanent and power-on write protection.
