The PSOC 61 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU, with low-power flash technology, programmable digital and analog resources, and CAPSENSE™ technology for touch and proximity applications. The platform architecture incorporates security features, including hardware cryptographic accelerators, memory, and peripheral protection units.
