MX81 Automotive Connectors

JAE Electronics MX81 Automotive Connectors are unsealed compact connectors with the same crimp socket terminals as MX80 sealed connectors. These connectors support a 0.64mm tab size, a wide range of wire sizes from 0.13mm² to 1mm², and a high current-carrying capacity of over 10A. The MX81 connectors are tested to USCAR-2 and LV214 specifications to ensure reliability in high-vibration environments. These connectors are used in electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, lighting, and other general automotive applications. JAE Electronics MX81 Automotive Connectors are compatible with 2.54mm-pitch pin contacts. The connectors feature a 500V AC (1 minute) dielectric withstanding voltage and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125 °C.
