ESD-Rated Surface-Mount Capacitors

KEMET ESD-Rated Commercial and Automotive Grade Surface-Mount Capacitors are ESD qualified per HBM AEC-Q200–002. These capacitors are ideal for applications where Electro Static Discharge (ESD) events during assembly or operation could damage the capacitor or the circuit. They feature a capacitance range from 1nF to 220nF and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. KEMET ESD capacitors are available in a variety of package sizes with a choice of C0G or X7R dielectric.

Automotive-Grade MLCCs

KEMET Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are suited for a variety of applications that require reliable operation. These surface-mount MLCCs undergo a strict testing protocol and inspection criteria, making them suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The automotive-grade capacitors have a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. These MLCCs meet AEC-Q200 requirements and are manufactured in state-of-the-art ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified facilities.
