Varistors

KEMET Varistors protect circuits from high energy discharges and offer a voltage range of 8VAC to 300VAC and 11VDC to 385VDC. These varistors have a wide range of SMD sizes and are all AEC-Q200 compliant. The product family features the VM, VK, VA, VC, VE, VG, and VP series, ideally suited for targeted uses. KEMET Varistors are ideal for automotive electronics, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.

VC SMD 125°C Low Voltage Varistors

KEMET VC SMD 125°C Low Voltage Varistors are available in a 3VDC to 170VDC voltage range in six package sizes from 0603 to 2220. The VC series protects sensitive electronic devices against high-voltage surges in the low-voltage region. KEMET VC SMD 125°C Low Voltage Varistors offer excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. The series features a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature.
