RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors

KOA Speer RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors are constructed with a sulfur-proof electrode material and offer precision tolerances of 0.5% and 1.0% with a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ. These resistors have a power rating of 30mW to 1W and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +155°C. The series uses a thick metal glaze film to provide excellent heat resistance and weather resistance for high stability and reliability. Case sizes range from 0201 to 2512. KOA Speer RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors meet ASTM-B-809 FOS testing and are AEC-Q200 qualified. They are ideal for industrial, automotive, transportation, telecommunication, and consumer markets. Applications include power supplies, factory automation, car electronics, oil-rich environments, and outdoor environments such as welding, mining, agriculture, and wineries. 

RK73H Thick Film Precision Flat Chip Resistors

KOA Speer RK73H Thick Film Precision Flat Chip Resistors feature a triple-layer electrode enabling high stability and high reliability with AEC-Q200 qualification. Using a metal glaze thick film ensures high heat and weather resistance. The surface mount resistors are small and lightweight in size and are suitable for both flow and reflow solderability. The RK73H components are ideal for use in automotive, medical, and industrial markets.
