These ultra-high Q capacitors offer a capacitance range of 0.04pF to 6200pF and a voltage rating up to 100WV_DC. KYOCERA AVX MICROCAP Single-Layer Capacitors are available in standard sizes from 10mils. sq. to 90mils. sq. Applications include wireless communications, medical equipment, satellite systems, avionics, military and aerospace, and automotive electronics.
