MIL SPEC Leaded MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX MIL SPEC Leaded MLCCs meet various military standards, including MIL-C-11015, MIL-PRF-39006, and MIL-PRF-39014. These KYOCERA AVX MLCCs are available in radial and axial variations. The MIL-C-11015 axial and radial MLCCs offer options with capacitance ratings ranging from 10pF to 220,000pF and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The MIL-PRF-39006 axial MLCCs feature a tubular case and include a welded tantalum can and head assembly, providing a hermetic seal to withstand harsh environments. The radial lead MLCCs that are qualified to MIL-PRF-39014 standards are general-purpose ceramic dielectric fixed capacitors with a voltage range of 100VDC to 200VDC.
