Syfer / Knowles High-Voltage C0G/NP0 (1B) Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are offered in a small package size with a voltage range of 100V to 500V. These SMD/SMT capacitors feature a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which is known for its high stability and precision. The lineup includes standard MLCCs, as well as AEC-Q200 automotive-qualified variants. Specifications include a voltage range of 100V to 500V, a capacitance range of 5.6nF to 33nF, and ±5% tolerance. Syfer / Knowles High-Voltage C0G/NP0 (1B) MLCCs are available in two case sizes: 1206 and 1210.
