10MBd Logic Gate/15MBd CMOS Photocouplers

LITEON 10MBd Logic Gate/15MBd CMOS Photocouplers are high-efficiency, high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for digital signal isolation in demanding applications. These photocouplers integrate a high-efficiency AIGaAs LED with a high-speed, high-gain photodetector IC, enabling data transmission rates of up to 10MBd (logic gate) and 15MBd (CMOS). Housed in compact DIP or surface-mount packages, the LITEON 10MBd logic gate/15MBd CMOS photocouplers offer 3750VRMS or 5000VRMS isolation voltage, low power consumption, and high noise immunity, making the devices ideal for use in high-speed communication interfaces, microprocessor system isolation, and digital control circuits. Fast response times and compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic levels ensure reliable performance in environments requiring precise and rapid signal processing, such as industrial automation, networking equipment, and consumer electronics.
