NANO Fuses

Littelfuse NANO® Fuses are fast-acting, high-performance fuses available in a wide range of available current ratings. The portfolio includes 448 NANO2® SMF Fuses, which are fast-acting fuses available in current ratings from 62mA to 15A. The 443 NANO2 series features square surface-mount, time-lag devices with a 250VAC voltage rating. Littelfuse 449 NANO2 Slo-Blo® Fuses offer enhanced inrush withstand characteristics over NANO2 Fast-Acting Fuses. The 456 series is designed to support higher current requirements and is fully compatible with lead-free solder alloys. Littelfuse 456 fuses are ideal for storage system powers, cooling fan systems for PC servers, and base station power supplies. Littelfuse NANO Fuses include additional series as well.

xEV Power Train Solutions

Littelfuse offers a wide portfolio of xEV Power Train Solutions that are suitable for automotive environments. This portfolio includes fuses, TVS diodes, diode arrays, gate drivers, high-voltage fuses, and thermal protectors. These products from Littelfuse are designed to be used in various EV sectors, such as battery management systems, traction motor inverters, onboard chargers, and the battery distribution unit.

885 NANO²® AEC-Q200 Compliant Surface-Mount Fuses

Littelfuse 885 NANO2® AEC-Q200-Compliant Surface-Mount Fuses are high-voltage rated fuses with high interrupting current ratings at 450VDC/500VDC and 350VAC. The components are comprised of a plastic UL 94V-0 body with tin-plated brass caps. Features include low voltage drop, high pulse resistance, a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range, and a rating range of 1A to 5A. Littelfuse 855 NANO2® Series complies with IEC 60127-7 Standard. The fuses are lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant.

Intelligent Outlet Solutions

Littelfuse Intelligent Outlet Solutions components feature smart outlets and light dimmers that can be controlled via apps or virtual assistants. The Littelfuse product line includes PICO® II 473 Slo-Blo® Fuses, UltraMOV 14mm Varistors, SJ SCR Switching Thyristors, Thyristor Triacs, IX4340 Gate Drivers, and 650V X2 MOSFETs. The intelligent outlets plug into or replace traditional outlets and allow users to control what is plugged into them through an app or virtual assistant. The smart light dimmers are also remotely controlled. Instead of diverting energy from the light bulb into a resistor, the modern light bulb circuit is switched off many times per second around the fluctuation of household alternating current for efficiency.

AEC-Q200 Qualified Surface-Mount Fuses

Littelfuse AEC-Q200 Qualified Surface-Mount Fuses are automotive-grade fuses designed to operate under high working ambient temperatures up to +150°C. These automotive fuses are available in several options (fast-acting, high I2t, and high voltage). Littelfuse 437A, 438A, and 440A fast-acting fuses ensure excellent temperature stability and performance reliability. The 440A fuses feature current ratings from 0.5A to 8A and 63V to 32V maximum voltage rating. The 437A fuses offer 500mA to 4A current ratings and 63V to 32V maximum voltage rating. With a current rating range of 0.25A to 6A, the 438A series has a maximum voltage rating range of 24V to 63VDC. Littelfuse 885 NANO2 series has a 1A to 5A current rating range with a maximum voltage of 450V or 500V.

Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions provides components that protect against overcurrents, surges, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) that threaten the safe operation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) in industrial tools and robotics, as well as e-mobility, mobile, and wearable applications. These systems regulate battery performance and communicate with energy management systems to keep batteries safe and operational. Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions include fuses, TVS diodes, diode arrays, single-cell batteries, multi-cell batteries, solid state relays, and more.
