These signals control features like remote starting, door unlocking, truck opening, and other custom commands. Littelfuse offers a range of fuses, TVS diodes, diode arrays, MOVs, MLVs, and ESD suppressors that protect the on-board circuitry from such threats.

In-Vehicle Communication Solutions

Littelfuse provides a wide portfolio of fuses, diode arrays, and suppressors suitable for in-vehicle communication applications. The automotive environments are divided into domain architecture and zonal architecture. The domain architecture controls and divides by function, and computation can be performed locally. Zonal architecture environments require a software-based approach, and a central computer is linked to sensors and devices through zonal gateways.

AUMOV Varistor

Littelfuse AUMOV™ Series Varistor is designed for circuit protection in low voltage (12VDC, 24VDC, and 42VDC) automotive systems. This series is available in five disc sizes with radial leads with a choice of epoxy or phenolic coatings. The Automotive MOV Varistor is AEC-Q200 (Table 10) compliant. It offers robust load dump, jump start, and peak surge current ratings, as well as high energy absorption capabilities. The AUMOV™ Series Varistor provides an ideal circuit protection solution for lower DC voltage automotive applications, whether they're located in the vehicle's passenger compartment or under the hood.

Headlamp Lighting Solutions

Littelfuse Headlamp Lighting Solutions are a family of SMD fuses, TVS diodes and arrays, MLVs, and Schottky diodes that protect against threats to modern automotive headlight systems. Modern automotive headlamp LED systems feature the ability to self-level and swivel as well as shutter high and low beams. Littelfuse headlamp lighting solutions preserve the functionalities of these LEDs by helping prevent load dumps, surges, ESD, and short circuits.

Automotive Application Solutions

Littelfuse Automotive Solutions contain a portfolio of AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 qualified TVS diodes, diode arrays, varistors, multilayer varistors, and POLY-FUSE® PTCs.
