UVC LEDs & Starboards

Marktech Optoelectronics UVC LEDs and Starboards are powerful far UV-C emitting devices with 235nm and 255nm peak wavelengths. These LEDs are mounted on the starboards and feature both domed and flat lenses. The UVC LEDs and starboards come in a 5mm x 5mm seam-welded surface mount package designed for applications requiring high output power and efficiency. These LEDs and starboards feature 100mA forward current, low power dissipation, 60° and 120° viewing angle. Typical applications include UV curing, air and water disinfection, DNA protein analysis, and gas sensing.
