JSPHS 50Ω SMD Phase Shifter

Mini-Circuits JSPHS 50Ω SMD Phase Shifter features a 300MHz to 400MHz frequency range with a low 1.4dB (typical) insertion loss and is ideal for signal processing applications. The BK276 packaged device provides J-leads for excellent solderability and strain relief while operating in a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The JSPHS offers a 20dBm (maximum) RF input power and 20V control voltage.
