Mini-Lock SMT Headers

Molex Mini-Lock SMT Headers are available in both right-angle and vertical options and offer 2 to 15 positions. These headers mate with housings that feature terminal position assurance (TPA) that ensures terminals are fully seated in the housing and are glow-wire capable. Molex Mini-Lock SMT Headers have a 2.5mm pitch and are designed for refrigerators, air conditioners, security systems, industrial machinery, and washers and dryers.

Mini-Lock 2.5 Connectors

Molex Mini-Lock 2.5 Connectors are a versatile wire-to-board system for a broad range of 2.50mm pitch industry-standard applications. The connectors feature a four-point contact design for electrical reliability and high guide walls to facilitate mating. Molex Mini-Lock 2.5 connectors are available as straight and right-angle headers with terminal position assurance (TPA) to ensure that wires are fully inserted. The series includes potting capability for increased resistance to shock and vibration, which prevents moisture and corrosive agents from penetrating the PCB. The series is ideal for various consumer, automotive, and industrial applications. The glow wire option is ideal for safety and protection in the home appliance market.
