Off-the-Shelf (OTS) SW1 Cable Assemblies

Molex Off-the-Shelf (OTS) SW1 Cable Assemblies incorporate COEUR socket technology, which offers a high-current-carrying capacity in three sizes: 120A for 6mm, 185A for 8mm, and 300A for 11mm. This series features a unique positive-locking design for secure mating, while color-coded receptacle housings help prevent mismating. The reliable crimp geometry with a high-quality, eight-sided crimp profile ensures minimal contact resistance at the interface between the wire and the crimp barrel. This design also contributes to the system's reduced heat generation. Other features include UL 10002 discrete wires, 2011/65/EU RoHS compliance, and a 1000V voltage rating. Molex Off-the-Shelf (OTS) SW1 Cable Assemblies are ideal for energy storage and industrial automation applications.
