Mega-Fit Power Connectors

Molex Mega-Fit Power Connectors deliver up to 23A per circuit set on a 5.7mm pitch. This innovative design allows design engineers more power density than existing mid-range power connectors. Mega-Fit connectors are designed for wire-to-board configurations and can be used in virtually any industry or application. The system provides fully isolated terminals, positive lock housings, and polarized receptacles and housings. This split-box terminal design provides six independent points of contact to offer long-term reliability. Molex Mega-Fit products are UL recognized and CSA approved. All components are lead-free and RoHS compliant.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. These off-the-shelf connectors can be modified, customized, or adapted to meet virtually any application need.

Tin-Plating Mega-Fit® Power Connectors

Molex Tin-Plating Mega-Fit® Power Connectors incorporate the option for tin-plated contacts for enhanced design flexibility along with significant cost savings. These Mega-Fit Power Connectors deliver cutting-edge current density at 23A per circuit through a split-box terminal design.
