MP4323C Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4323C Synchronous Step-Down Converters are configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz) switching converters with integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These converters provide 3A of highly efficient output current with peak current mode control. The MP4323C step-down converters, with a wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage range and 42V load dump tolerance, support various step-down applications in automotive input environments. These converters feature a 1μA shutdown mode quiescent current that permits the device to be used in battery-powered applications. The open-drain Power Good (PG) signal confirms output voltage stability, signaling whether the output is within the range of 94.5% to 105.5% of its nominal value.
