MPQ4313-AEC1 Switching Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4313-AEC1 Switching Regulators are frequency-programmable, synchronous, step-down switching regulators that feature an integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFET. These switching regulators provide up to 3A of highly efficient output with current mode control for fast loop response. The MPQ4313-AEC1 switching regulators offer a 3.3V to 45V wide input voltage range that accommodates a variety of step-down applications in an automotive input environment. These switching regulators achieve high power conversion efficiency over a wide load range by scaling down the switching frequency in light-load conditions. This reduces the switching and gate driver losses. The MPQ4313-AEC1 switching regulators are AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and are available in a 4mm x 4mm QFN-20 package. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, advanced driver assistance systems, and industrial power systems.
