NFM 3-Terminal Filter Capacitors

Murata Electronics NFM 3-Terminal Filter Capacitors feature lower equivalent series inductance (ESL) than conventional two-terminal MLCCs, enabling them to reduce the impedance in a high-frequency band with fewer components. These capacitors are suitable for use in the power lines of a circuit, particularly power lines for high-speed semiconductors. The NFM filter capacitors provide a three-terminal multilayer ceramic capacitor in a small package. Murata NFMcapacitors conform to the AEC-Q200 standard and are ideal for use in high-quality and high-reliability automobile applications.

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Cap House ceramic capacitors are available in general-purpose capacitors, high-frequency, soft termination, LED application, metal terminal, and AEC-Q200 Epoxy capacitors. These ceramic capacitors support solutions for suppressing acoustic noise in battery lines of laptop computers.
