The NXP Semiconductors S32K37 and S32K39 MCUs offer performance, integration, networking, security, and functional safety features. The devices support six-phase or two three-phase motors with over 200kHz control loops and accommodate AI/ML algorithms. The device enables remote smart actuation through Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) Ethernet. The devices reduce system costs with ASIL D software resolver and analog integration.
