PESD2ETH-X/-AX ESD Protection Diodes

Nexperia PESD2ETH-X/-AX EDS Protection Diodes are packaged as a small, plastic, SOT143B surface-mount devices with 4 leads. PESD2ETH-X/-AX diodes offer protection from ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transient damage on high-frequency signal lines or two high-speed data lines. These devices have an additional ESD protection diode combined with two ultra low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes to ensure signal line protection regardless of supply voltage availability.
