nRF52833 Multi-Protocol System-on-Chip (SoC)

Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 Multi-Protocol System-on-Chip (SoC) is optimized for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including professional lighting and asset tracking. The ultra-low power device is the fifth addition to the nRF52 Series and is built around a 64MHz Arm® Cortex™-M4 with FPU, and has 512KB flash and 128KB RAM memory available for higher value applications. nRF52833 features a BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Direction Finding capable radio, qualified for up to +105°C ambient temperature. Direction Finding enables positioning solutions to not only rely on the received signal strength indicator (RSSI), but also on the actual direction of a signal. This feature improves accuracy and increases application uses in this segment.

nRF52820 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC)

Nordic Semiconductor  nRF52820 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC) is a single-chip wireless solution offering built-in USB and advanced wireless connectivity in a small package. The nRF52820 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor, clocked at 64MHz. It has 256KB Flash, 32KB RAM, and a range of analogue and digital interfaces such as an analogue comparator, UART, SPI, TWI, QDEC and full-speed USB 2.0. The Nordic nRF52820 can be supplied with a voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V, allowing the device to be powered by rechargeable batteries or USB. The 2.4GHz multiprotocol radio is fully featured and provides up to +8dBm output power.
