Optical Sensors

Omron Electronics Optical Sensors utilize a silicon potting structure on the LEDs that are inside the photomicrosensors. This design reduces any mechanical stress applied to the LED and strengthens the physical integrity of the LED chip. The construction also produces an LED that maintains higher brightness for a longer period of time. Omron Electronics offers a wide range of non-amplified photomicrosensor products, giving engineers the choice of reflective or transmissive types with different configurations, mounting styles, sensing distances, and slot widths.

EE-SX1330 Photomicrosensors

Omron Electronics EE-SX1330 Photomicrosensors offer a compact size with a slot width measuring 3mm and a PCB surface-mounting design. The EE-SX1330 photomicrosensor features reduced power consumption and can be surface mounted through side mounting pads, while the EE-SX1330-2 offers a high-speed response type with 50% less rise time than conventional products. Omron Electronics EE-SX1330 Photomicrosensors are suitable for smart meters and automation equipment such as IP cameras, mini printers, and laser-level line tools.
