G3VM-AR & G3VM-DR MOSFET Relays

Omron Electronics G3VM-AR and G3VM-DR MOSFET Relays offer a 0.7A to 4A continuous load current range, 200V load voltage rating, and 2500Vrms dielectric strength. These relays feature a 4-pin design and achieve a mechanical relay's low ON resistance and high switching capacity. Omron Electronics G3VM-AR and G3VM-DR MOSFET Relays are ideal for power circuits, security, industrial, and communication equipment.

The G3VM-CR/FR relays offer 60V to 600V load voltage range options with 0.6A to 5A continuous load current range options.
