AFM Fan & Filter Fan Air Flow Monitors

Orion Fans AFM Fan and Filter Fan Air Flow Monitors provide an alternative for indicating airflow in AC or DC fan/blower applications. These AFM modules employ an optical LED or audible alarm when airflow falls below 8.2ft/s due to fan filter clogs or interference with the fan blade. The AFM airflow sensor is field retrofittable and installs perpendicular to the front or intake side of the fan and mounts via clip or clamp to any grill. The AFM module is IP20-rated and NEMA 1 certified with a long operating life of more than 100,000 cycles. Orion Fans AFM Fan and Filter Fan Air Flow Monitors measure only 34mm x 17.5mm x 7.5mm with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. Applications include servers, telecom switches, power supplies, kiosks, electric signage, and medical equipment.
