PEM Automotive Electronics products include fasteners, self-clinching nuts, studs and pins, standoffs, captive panel screws, compression limiters, and cable-tie mounts and hooks. These PEM components are ideal for a range of applications, including infotainment, navigation, communication, driver assistance, safety and security, wireless connectivity, electric powertrains, and airbags.

Datacom/Telecom (SSR)

PEM Datacom/Telecom (SSR) provides innovative solutions to fit today's demanding communication/transmission needs. PEM fastening products have a smaller footprint than traditional fasteners, making them ideally suited for smaller applications, and fewer components mean less scrap waste as well as faster installation. These fasteners are manufactured in PEM's Clean Lab, which uses sophisticated cleaning and testing processes to meet ISO 16232 and VDA 19 standards. PEM Datacom/Telecom (SSR) features a range of fasteners, including self-clinching nuts, self-clinching standoffs/spacers, and cable-mounting accessories. BSO/BSOA/BSOS/BSO4 Series Blind Standoffs

PEM BSO/BSOA/BSOS/BSO4 Series Blind Standoffs are self-clinching standoffs that are made from hardened stainless steel, ideal for clinching into stainless steel sheets. These self-clinching standoffs are pressed into round holes and are mounted permanently into metal sheets as thin as 0.025”/0.63mm. The BSO/BSOA/BSOS/BSO4 standoffs are ideal for applications where mounting, spacing, or stacking of panels, and boards or components are required.
