PEM TMSO4™ Self-Clinching Standoffs are microPEM standoffs for thin sheets that can be installed automatically. These standoffs install flush into half-hard 0.008″/0.2mm stainless steel sheets. The TMSO4™ standoffs install light into round holes without special mounting hole preparation and eliminate adhesives. These standoffs are designed for use in harder sheets, hardness HRC 37/HB 340 or less. Typical applications include handheld or portable devices in the consumer electronics market.
