Detector Switches

Panasonic Detector Switches are designed to replace the encoders as a cost-effective solution. These switches detect internal mechanical movements and convert those to manual operations. The compact, lightweight devices use a mechanical sliding spring design to ensure consistent signal output. Options include long travel, thin profile, flexible actuation angles, circuit type, and surface-mount or J-bent terminal mounting. Panasonic Detector Switches are available in unidirectional and bidirectional variants.
