KBJB Low Profile Bridge Rectifiers

PANJIT KBJB Low Profile Bridge Rectifiers feature a maximum junction temperature (T_j) of 150℃ with a current rating of 10A or 15A. These devices are designed with a glass-passivated chip junction in a thin single in-line package (KBJB). These bridge rectifiers offer a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltages of 1000V, 800V, 600V maximum RMS voltage, and 1000V maximum DC blocking voltage. The PANJIT KBJB is ideally used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectifications for slim adapter powers, game console powers, TV powers, and home appliances. The product is halogen-free and green molding compound compliant with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
