North American Cordsets

Phoenix Contact M8 and M12 Sensor Actuator Cord Sets are manufactured in the United States, decreasing lead times. These cord sets are built with a North American look and feel. M8 and M12 form factors have become an industry standard for robust and watertight quick-connect applications in industrial communications, sensors, and actuators. Phoenix Contact North American Style Cord Sets are ITC/PLTC rated for use in cable trays and raceways. The cables are PVC jacketed for a lower cost, with great resistance to chemicals. They are also dual rated and UL listed, which allows the cable to be installed on industrial machines within the guidelines of NFPA 79. All cables are also sunlight resistant, allowing them to be installed in outdoor environments.

M12 Circular Connectors & Cable Assemblies

Phoenix Contact M12 Circular Connectors and Cable Assemblies are available in a wide selection of designs to enable comprehensive connection solutions for devices with data rates up to 10Gbps. These connectors can also be used for connecting signals up to 17 positions and for supplying power up to 630V and 16A in small installation spaces. The modular structure of the connectors facilitates the simple and cost-effective integration of various data, signal, and power supply pin assignments into a device concept.

Phoenix Contact 18AWG M12 TPE Cordsets use thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jackets with superior properties of elasticity and provide years of reliable use, even in demanding installations. Phoenix Contact 18AWG M12 TPE C18AWG M12 TPE cordsetsordsets are PLTC-rated, sunlight resistant, and rated for up to +105°C. Additionally, the use of 18 AWG wires, rather than typical 22AWG for M12 series, provides added protection from voltage loss over longer cable runs.
