HyCap Hybrid Capacitors

Quantic Evans HyCap Hybrid Capacitors are designed to provide reliable operation in a range of environments, including those with shock and vibration conditions. The HyCap series offers an unlimited shelf life and is rated for over 2000 hours of operation. The construction uses sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide-coated cathodes in aqueous electrolyte, protected by a tantalum case with both a compressed gasket and a hermetically welded glass-to-metal seal. These capacitors feature a rated voltage range of 10VDC to 150VDC and a capacitance range of 68μF to 2700μF with ±20% tolerance. Ideal applications for Quantic Evans HyCap Hybrid Capacitors include energy, industrial, space, and military.
