The AT25XEx fusion memory solutions use 70% less power and operate 5x faster than other wide Vcc flash devices. This makes the memory device ideal for next-generation battery-powered IoT devices. These memory solutions operate over a wide voltage range and eliminate voltage regulators to reduce system costs. The device ensures that data is safely saved even at the lowest battery voltage level.

Dual / Quad SPI Memory

Renesas / Dialog Dual / Quad SPI Memory has industry-standard features and pinouts that work with pre-existing designs. Adesto offers product lines with advanced features such as ultra-deep power down, high reliability, high temperature, faster page erase, and comprehensive security features.

Fusion Enhanced Serial Flash

Renesas / Dialog Serial Flash devices incorporate some of the industry's most advanced and flexible features, many of which are unparalleled by other solutions on the market. The Adesto Serial Flash family of products is based on proven and robust NOR Flash technology. Adesto Technologies AT25D Serial Flash incorporates a uniform block-erase (4-KBytes, 32-KBytes, and 64-KBytes) architecture to provide flexibility for a variety of code storage applications. AT25D devices feature advanced security and protection functions to prevent critical code blocks from being erroneously or maliciously altered. AT25D devices are pin-compatible with Atmel's Serial EEPROMs, giving developers the flexibility to increase memory size without changing the board layout.
