ISL21090 Voltage Reference

Renesas / Intersil ISL21090 voltage reference IC is an ultra-low noise, high DC accuracy precision voltage reference with a wide input voltage range of 3.7 to 36 Volts. The Intersil ISL21090 voltage reference is packaged as a SOIC-8 and features 0.25% output voltage accuracy, a temperature coefficient of 7ppm/ºC, and a temperature range of -40 to +125ºC. It is ideal for high-end instrumentation, data acquisition, and processing applications requiring high DC precision where low noise performance is critical.
