Renesas Electronics RAA223011 Evaluation and Demonstration Boards provide reference designs for low-cost, high-performance AC-DC conversion based on the RAA223011 700V Non-Isolated AC-DC Buck Regulator. The RAA223011 features ultra-low standby power and an integrated 700V MOSFET capable of delivering up to 4.0W output power. It supports output voltage as low as 3.3V. The RAA223011 combines constant off-time control for heavy load and Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) for light-load operation.
